They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I came for general cleaning only because my regular dentist did not to Humana dental INS. I figured since I paid for the Insurance I might as well let them cleaning my teeth since Humana Dental Insurance include free cleaning twice a year. They first took x-rays which came with the free cleaning. I was then put in a treatment room when the hygienist came in with the x-rays and she advise me that I had Periodonal Disease from not getting my teeth clean. I advised her that I get my teeth clean every six months, she said open your mouth, took a dental pick and removed a a piece of tarter from my middle front teeth, she then said this what is on all of your teeth and was told that I needed two deep cleaning appointments. I said again that I do not know how that could because I get my teeth clean twice a year. Dr. Pain came in and examined my teeth and concurred with the Hygenist, I left very upset because I could not understand how this could happen. I immediately called my dentist and made an appointment. I took the x-rays that Cincinnati dental had taken to my regular hygenist she look at them and call my dentist in to review them and it was determine that I did not have periodontal disease, that here was bone loss because of age and not because of any deep pockets I told them that if they did not mind I wanted another opinion which did and was told almost the same thing that my Dentist had said. My regular dental service is Lincoln heights dental service. Insult to injury Cincinnati Dental service billed me and insurance company for teeth cleaning and x-rays that my insurance company said was not necessary for just a regular cleaning. I feel that Cincinnat Dental Service employee lied about cleaning my teeth and about the pieriodnal disease which was going cost me out of pocket $<url removed>. I think this is fraud And plan on reporting this to the Dental Board, attorney general office and I plan on taking this to Hamilton county small claim court. I am 68 years old and do not want cincinnat Dental service taking advantage of me.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
