Education Dr. Russell J. Caputo grew up in Western Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and then attended Temple University Dental School, graduating in 1989. After practicing 18 years in Private Practice in PA, he relocated to Aurora in the fall of 2007. In 2005, he started a Dental Management Company which owns and operates multiple dental practices in Pennsylvania and Ohio, striving to improve their overall business and the quality of dental care they provide.
Training Dr. Russell J. Caputo is committed to providing excellence in dentistry, and stands out as a leading dentist in Aurora. The customer service here is utterly atrocious. Oh and if you have a busy schedule and you make appointments 3 months out be aware they will cancel your appointment if you do not take the time to call precisely before noon the day before and if you confirm via text message this does not suffice and you will still be canceled. Also, if policy changes do not expect to be told. There is an extra complexity if you are being seen in both their locations one for dental and one for orthodontics because the text and the phone will say the exact same name and unless you have each offices phone number memorized forget it, its total confusion. No one cares if you have taken a child out of school and are on your way to your appointment because they canceled it the day before and you must now start over.
