I was a patient of Dr.James George and Practice for nearly a year and a half and was very much satisfied with the service I received. They did a great job with my teeth cleaning and other dental work. However, with that said I will add that I have never been so humiliated from a dental office or even a family doctor in my life. I had an appointment and missed the appointment because m fiancée went into labor nearly 11 weeks early and was at the hospital with her and was unable to call to cancel the appointment. They then proceeded to schedule me another appointment through the mail that I knew nothing about, so obviously I missed that one too! Next thing I know, I receive my dental x-rays and a note saying that I have been dropped as a patient. I tried to explain what was happening and what had happened for the reason I hadn't showed up. They were rude and hung up on me, so I waited a year and just called them back today to see if I was able to reschedule. They told me the doctor refuses to see me as a patient again for missing my appointment over a year ago. Just when I thought I might have a chance to come back, this reason being I told them I have insurance that will accept me just about anywhere and this changed the lady on the phones whole tone! They acted like they might just go ahead and reschedule, then she asks what insurance I have and I told her (Care Source) and she immediately shut me down and said when the doctor drops a patient it is final! There are dozens of other dentists in the immediate area so I can obviously go anywhere my insurance will allow, but it is frustrating because I found a dentist that I liked and did a good job/ a great job at taking proper care of me as a patient when I was there. Anyway, I just find it repulsive and just disgraceful that this Dr. James George refuses to see me after two appointments that I missed and for good reason. They could care less that our daughter was nearly three months early and didn't ask if either her or my fiancée were ok!! I was a patient there for almost 2 years so I wasn't a stranger to them and they could care less about what had happened!! I understand that they have the right to refuse me, but what type of human being doesn't accept the birth of his patients daughter almost 11-12 weeks early as a sufficient reason for missing an appointment. I think that it is rude to kick a patients out for something like that and after 2 years of collecting money from my insurance, as well as cash and doesn't ask a simple question out of concern to even see if either my daughter or fiancée were alive or doing ok!!! That is horrible!! So as I said besides the rude people who answer the phone and the doctor who should be ashamed of himself and his unjustifiable, disgusting careless attitude, they will clean your teeth well. I do find it hard to believe that doctors turn their patients away at all because the money is all green (for the most part). I hope that they lose enough of their customers to potentially lose their practice and maybe come down off of their pedastool and treat people like "human-beings" because their reaction and manners to how they handled this was astonishing, they could care less!! Best of luck to you James George, you should treat your patients with respect and be a little more understanding to situations that people are simply unable to control and well, I guess that's it for now.
Always great service. Caring and patient and willing to go out of their way to get things done for you. I have been a patient here for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Ana is exception al.
