I have had Dr. Pierce before, and my experience with him was on a really low level. Dr. Pierce DID NOT provide me with a full, positive service whatsoever. The communication was awful. I could never reach him personally, even when I needed him professional help. I'm a mother of two kids and a busy wife, so when the work what he did wasn't even close to good and when I could not sleep because of the pain, he just gave me a pain relief pills and told me to wait. We set an appointment which was 4 days later, so I had to be on the pill all that time. I wasn't asking much. But if the work was bad, please fix it as soon as possible. After 3 tries to fix the problem I gave up. He wasn't listening to me. He has this attitude that he's right but the patient is wrong.
Anyway, the point is HE'S NOT a good dentist. He denied to refund 2 of the crowns that he did, and just for one crown he admitted his bad job.
