Dr Pinsky and his staff are the best in the industry. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of experience when it comes to dental work and such in that I have had a lot of work done. Dr.Pinsky removed my wisdom teeth and a few others from bad root canals. He also did bone grafting after removing the other teeth. I was not completely under and I was very apprehensive about that before the procedure but as Dr. Pinsky explained it to me in terms I could understand, I was more than okay with it. The procedure went well and the staff was more than attentive to my needs during the entire recovery process at the office and via phone call check ups the next day. I read the other review on here and was shocked at the low rating. Perhaps the insurance is more the issue on the review I read that complains about it but that is totally unfair to the professional staff at the office. I would and have definately recommended this practice to anyone in need of this type of service.

The wisdom tooth surgery went fine however Dr Pinsky can not explain why the left side of my lip and gum is numb and tingly five months later. The office is a nightmare. After sending a bill to my medical insurance, they refused to send it to the dental branch of my insurance. I hand delivered them the correct address and then 2 months later provided the fax number that it could be submitted to. With no response from the office and nearing the 6 month cutoff for my insurance claim, I provided my insurance co. with one of the many bills sent to my house which included several collections threats. The claim was then paid by insurance and I am actually owed money from the office since I paid a $500 deposit before the surgery was started.
