I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The entire family have been seeing Dr. Heller since 1983/1984. Dr Paul and his staff are the greatest!
