I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Wilantewicz ignored my plea for pain medication even though my Abscess was the size of half a golf ball and I was unable to move my jaw, told me to go to the Emergency room for pain relief, had I been a pt that was there every 3 months for routine visits he would have given me medication, but being I go only when I need? I should suffer
