It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
