Dr. Birchenough's dental office is a great practice full of friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. From adjusting their own work schedules to fit the patients needs to coordinating appointments for the whole family to be seen simultaneously, the team goes above and beyond to make every patient a priority. The hygienists take their time to thoroughly clean your teeth and I always feel so refreshed after my appointment. Dr. Birchenough is extremely honest and has always provided top notch and precise treatment. He takes the time to learn about his patients and fully inform them of all the possible options that are available. I have recommended this practice to all I know and not a single person has been disappointed with their decision to make the move to Dr. Birchenough's Dental Office.

Took 5 minutes to determine I needed an extraction. Charged my insurance a few hundred and charged me 75 for the information. Had a falling out with my employer so before I could get the tooth pulled I lost my job and insurance. Finally got a job after being unemployed for a couple of months, when I started my new job they called my new employer to notify them I had a 75 dollar bill, telling them and myself I will be brought to small claims. They have harassed me at work every day. The girls making the calls have not only made life miserable over a visit that I didn't even have work done, mind you, but also billed my insurance for a service that was never done and they have illegally harassed me and my new employer claiming I was a dead beat instead of trying to work things out like adults. I can't begin to tell you what a nightmare they have been. Stay as far away from these people as you can, horrible experience. As embarrassing as it is to admit this on a public forum it needed to be brought out in the open in the hopes that others can be warned about how deplorable this office and it's practice is. After reviewing the scare tactics they've used I've found several laws they've actually broken with the Fair Debt Collection act enforced by the Trade Commission and fortunately my employer has recorded all of the harassing calls including the threats, this biggest violation is the defamation of character trying to paint me as a terrible person to my new boss. Hopefully this helps change the way they harass people. I do want them to know I will pay my 75 dollar bill for the 5 minutes they spent with me (again for absolutely no work done, just to tell me I needed work, and billed my insurance). I take responsibility for that, I just wish things could have been handled even somewhat civilized rather then having a bad situation amplified in such a way that a 'dentist' tried to get me fired over a 75 dollar bill. Trying to not only ruin my life but involving my families livelihood over 75 bucks when you charged my insurance over 5 minutes of 'work'.
