AVOID AT ALL COSTS While the staff is wonderful and the environment clean which is what you want in a dental office. I was having major work done and knew it would be costly. I had discussed the payment plan with Dr. Hasday in detail prior to any work to be upfront about it and so that all expectations were clear. I had four visits total over the course of three months. At my last appointment, he MET me at the payment desk and said loud enough for everyone to hear, try to pay this in full, it's been a balance for awhile now. It was completely unprofessional and extremely inappropriate and I was very embarrassed. I felt pressured to pay and paid way too much on my FSA card. I called to see if they could refund a portion of it so I could pay my regular dentist doing my crown, and he refused. I still owed a few hundred (total was 3K-plus so the bulk of it was paid) but he refused because I still had a balance. So work out a payment plan with him all you like, all he cares about in the end is getting the money, not patient care; not loyalty, just money. And he will embarrass you to get it.
