They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They performed a root canal when my tooth should have been removed, then over charged me to remove the tooth afterwards. The root canal caused a sinus infection, I called the office at 9pm on a snowy night and they quickly got me an antibiotic at a 24 hour pharmacy. When I told the hygienist about the sinus infection she said I was lying and that can't happen. They refused to give me a dental exam without new x-rays even though I brought some from my old dentist that were less than a year old. I went to this dentist to get a second opinion and regret it horribly.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
