I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
In my personal opinion, this guy is a joker quite self absorbed- a 'butcher'
He is VERY impressed with himself and defends poor work that he has preformed.
