The director of Ideal Dental Services is horrrible. I feel sorry for the hard working dentists and assistants that have to work with this man. He transferred me and my family out of his office because I told him that he was rude when he asked if I had a problem. He also told me that he did not like me only after my second visit to his office. He refused to clean my teeth and had another dentist do the job after I told him that I came there to get my teeth cleaned. He also refused to finish the work that had to be done after I had a root canal which caused me to find a new dentist. He did not give my insurance a reason why he transferred me out of his office, and they accepted that because they said it was his office he could do what he wants. Be aware to all patients that has this dentist under their plan this man is disrespectful and unprofessional!
