Do not go to Dr. Haber. For about 4 years, he had done basic fillings for me. Up until then, all seemed fine. I even referred 2 friends to him. Both felt he was pushing unnecessary services on them & one had to have his dental work fixed by another dentist. Earlier this year, he did a crown for me. It did not feel right and I was in pain. I went back to him. He acted like I was being difficult and just needed to be patient. He eventually replaced the crown but acted like he was doing me a favor by doing so. A month later, it still feels terrible. I decided to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Both dentists tried to be nice about it, but I could tell they were appalled. My crown is too deep, too close to the bone. They said there was no reason for it to have been so deep. I now have an infection in the area for which I have to take antibiotics, will have to get a root canal, then I have to get gum surgery where they will need to shave some of the bone off. Then we have to let the gum heal, and then a new crown. I called Dr. Haber to explain what happened and he was extremely defensive, unapologetic and mean. He took zero responsibility for his mistake. I will now have to pay thousands to fix his mistake. Stay away!
