They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It was terrible, I definitely was uncomfortable. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I cannot tell you what was the Doctor name or her assistance name. All I saw two woman walk into the room, one of them pull my chair back with a bright light in my face I could not see they face, but I can hear they voice, talking to each other, not one word to me. They just started cleaning my teeth, no one introduced themselves to me. They are very inprofessional. When the assistance came out the room I can hear her talking about me with one of her co-woker, I will never go back to that place it is horrible. I called my insurance company the next day to report my experience with Nanuet Mall Dental, P they gave me a new Dentist.l I hope, I never experience a nightmare like this again.
