I visited this office 3 or 4 times and they were all horrible experiences. The girls at the front desk were nasty and didn't even make eye contact. The hygienist was nice enough but very rough and tried to sell me treatments that were not needed. The dentists ( I saw two separate ones) were like wet dish rags with no personality whatsoever. They stood behind the chair talking "at" me instead of making eye contact and talking "to" me. It was obvious that they couldn't have cared less about my treatment. I received a call from the receptionist one day asking me if I was coming to the apt. I told her my apt was not until next week. I even had a card she wrote to prove it. She snapped at me saying that she would never make an appointment at that time and that I was wrong. I am in the process of finding a new dentist...obviously.

They are only our to get paid. They will charge you more than your insurance policy states. Charged me $450 for a $74 filling. After going back and forth they finally issued a check after the woman up front told me "it was up to the doctor whether or not I got my money back." It was my money. They overcharged me! Aetna is looking into them as being fraudulent. Steer clear of this office.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
