I was hit with a blizzard on MLK day dumping 18 inches of snow. My appointment was for the next day. I intended yo go, but was snowed in... the plows were busy elsewhere I guess.

I called to reschedule since this was beyond my control. I was advised I would still have to pay the late cancel fee.

They really do not care. I have been a patient for 3 years.
I cancelled and will never go back.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
