I am new to the Goshen area. I was given a great inusrance plan through my employer. I have found a new eye doctor and general physician. I found Goshen family Denistry through my provider list that was provded to me through my insurance company. Apparently my provider is partnered with another company and that was not clear when I mad my appointment over a month ago. The receptionist called last week to tell me that the insurance doesn't cover me. I have seen these kinds of confusions happen before with inusrance to I volunteered to check it out. The receptionist did not attempt to help out and was rude. I blew it off as maybe she was just having a bad day. I found out from the insurance comapany which name to give the dentist and called back. Again the ggirl was rude and insisted on not keeping my original appointment for this week. She was very argumentive and became loud. At that point I decided she was out of control. I said "Let's just forget it. I give up." I do not think it's a good sign when the first person who addresses you in a business is rude on two different phone conversations. I am sure there is another Dentist who would like my business who is more welcoming. I was not able to find out how the dentist are here because I couldn't get back past the receptionist. II think a bit more training on how to speak to customers would be helpful.
