My parents and I began in 1961. Dr. Cohen rejuvenated my mother's mouth. She had gum disease, etc. I continued with my family. I am 66 and I have six children with the youngest 20. They all love him. I had many mouth problems, too and he has taken care of all of them. Because I found insurance to care for my family, 1 1/2 years ago I went to a new place nearer my home for the four of us left in my family. They had a spectacular facility and took good care of us. However, I had problems with the crowns and bridge they put into me and when I got done with them, my personal dentist, who appeared very skilled and caring, told me he just didn't know what else to do for my pain in two places (one of which had been ongoing for months) and metal taste near one, which we spent over a month trying to alleviate. I returned to Dr. Cohen for help and within TWO days, his instruction to me of how to alleviate the metal taste resulted in complete success. The pains took three visits because he gradually adjusted the teeth to fit properly. He got rid of pain I thought I would have to live with for the rest of my life. He has done this a number of times over my life and everyone who talks about him (each person I talk with in his waiting room tells me they return year after year from the extended area around NYC and even farther away just to get the quality service he provides) says the same; he is a miracle worker.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
