Customer service is terrible. Do not greet you when you come in the door. I had an emergency, called the office and was told that no dentist was available to help me and was not offered any alternative options. Called back a couple of times to try and arrange to take care of my problem and you could clearly hear that the person answering the phones was aggravated with me. I did not like this office anyway so it gave me the push to move on. I love the new office and dentist. Maybe I should thank them for being so rude... Much better now.
