The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.
Great Doctor, but I had Metlife and before that GHI he was supposed to do all the work or stay in network, wasted time, I needed some extractions and partials he sent me to out of network doctors for work, good for a crown or cavity, could not afford the out of network doctors and he would do no work unless I did, simple extractions?
