Had an amazing appointment last week. Dr. Brunelle is an amazing dentist. The assistant let me know she was training a new assistant and did X-rays on me and the new assistant did very well. Didn't seem new at all actually. I plan to come here from now on and let everyone know about you guys!

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. There for an emergent situation, and he seemed more concerned with setting up long-term appointments than treating my emergency. Not one smile from the dentist, didn't look me in the eyes. Became accusatory. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was hoping that he would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, he made it completely obvious that he didn't care about me or what I had been through, just booking future appointments. I have rarely been this angry, but I was totally put off and do not recommend the male dentist in this office to anyone. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which was the one good thing about the office. The staff was quite pleasant, the male dentist was a cold fish with obvious delusions of godhood.
