I found Gregory shultz and his staff very rude and impatient. The first visit for a cleaning was horrible. Upon getting my teeth cleaned they were very rough and had my whole mouth bleeding. My return visit was for a filling. Upon me asking foor no numbing medication he persued to insult me telling me I was to old to be concerned about needles. Upon him being rough I could not endure the procedure which i have had done numerous times with no numbing. Upon me asking him to stop he did not even finish removing my cavity and threw the filling on top. He then rudley got up and walked out. I asked for his return and he told me my time was up and he would not finish my other filling knowing I had came alll the way from Rochester. I then told hiim I would not be returning to his practice and he told me he thought that was a good idea. I have never endured such rude people in such a setting and do not reccomend his practice to anyone..
