One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
