Anyone in the medical field has a very important and life-changing position. Patients want, need, and have the right to have quality doctors - those with strong medical ethics - the foundation of practicing good medicine -, competence, and human interest and understanding (empathy and compassion). If these attributes are visible, the patient will develop a stronger bond with his/her doctor. This in turn will let the patient develop a stronger sense of security towards that doctor.
Dr. Marra talks to his patients and not at them. When he is presented with more complicated cases it is evident that he will begin a search for innovative and/or alternate choices of treatment, avoiding a shotgun approach. He is also an educator - one who learns by investigating on his own, and also by observing and learning from his peers. He, then, passes that newly-found knowledge onto his patients so they are able to make an intelligent decision on which treatment or treatments will work best for them. Unlike so many others, Dr. Marra never puts personal gain before his patients' well-being. He has the natural ability to feel for each of his patients and never look upon them as being second to him. He treats everyone with genuine courtesy; he maintains unyielding determination to each and every one of his patients the gift of leaving his office with the desired (cosmetic) and beneficial (function and comfort) result.

I have nothing but complete faith-and-respect for Dr. Marra.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
