They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and they did the same for my two small children!. Dr. Joe is great with children; he explains things thouroughly without being patronizing (unlike other practices we've been to.) The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. We have moved away now and been gone for two years but my daughters who were 3 and 4 when we last saw Dr. Joe STILL talk about how great he is - on a WEEKLY basis! We are considering driving 3 hours every visit to have him be out dentist again! He is THAT good and they really miss him!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
