They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
