I used to love this office, but recently I have not been satisfied. I made an appointment to have a tooth pulled. I made it very clear that it needed to be pulled from my last visit. I went into my appointment and waited for the dental assistant to set me up. While she was taking x-rays, she started speaking to me in Spanish. I did not understand what she said and she replied, "You never took Spanish in school?" I told her that because of my heritage, I took 4 years of German. She then told me, "Oh, you should have learned Spanish." I was floured!

To add to my irritation, I did not get the dentist I scheduled an appointment with. It didn't seem like a big deal at first until all she did was give me a teeth cleaning and then proceeded to send me on my marry way. As I originally said, I specifically scheduled my appointment to have my back tooth pulled

At first I thought the dentist confused me with someone else, but sure enough, after my teeth cleaning I was sent to pay the bill. I was so frustrated! When I sat down at the front desk, a staff member proceeded to explain to me the cost if I were to have my tooth pulled. My last visit, I was told it would only cost me $100. This time out, I was told that they would not pull it, but they would do a root canal and then a filling which would cost me more than $1,000! When I said I'd rather just have it yanked, they went into explanation about how important it is to have all teeth. Its in the back of my mouth. I could really care less if I had it pulled. One day when I'm not a starving student, I could have implants. Until then, pull the damn thing!

\Don't go to this dentist. Not only will the dental assistant insult you if you do not share the same heritage, you will be dissatisfied with the quality of work, and overcharged. I will not be patronizing this business again
