He only had to cut off two crowns to get it right. In other words, he installed a crown, but it wasn't right, so he cut it off. He had the lab make second one, he installed it, it wasn't right and cut it off. He had the lab make a third crown, which wasn't right, but he permanently glued it in anyway! When I say cut off, I mean he took his dental drill and literally cut it off. They are made of metal! One time, he complained that his hand hurt, it took so long to cut it off.

Many of his staff are nice, but the main receptionist is terrible. Rick himself is a nice guy, which is good, because I must have been in his office 30 times in a year.

I cannot imagine a worse dental experience.
