They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
