They seemed disorganized and not clear on what my problem was eventhough I have been a patient there for more than ten years, the review of my chart was cursory at best and I still have the original problem despite more than 3 visits to attempt to correct it. I have been very happy with my care there in the past but it has really gone down hill over the last year, year and half. After being long time patients since the early 90's my whole family is considering switching to a new dental provider.
