worst place my family and I have ever visited! Their staff members including doctors, are not professionals (if you know the definition of that). Almost killed my mother administering anesthesia and charged her for something covered and paid for by her insurance company; they now want to play hard to get and are giving my mother the run around to not refund her card, always stating the manager is on it and will follow up, well it has been months since that. We are now going to start pursuing this in a different manner and will send letters to the Department of Banking and Insurance, the Office of Inspector General and a lawyer to report this fraud and negligence.

My experience was terrible, I was tortured. I went in for a filling that was done wrong and pinched my nerve, went back to complain and asked to see the male instead of the female and my nightmare got worst. They had to do a root canal. did it wrong and left a piece of root canal in their, more pain. Went back and was told I needed to do another root canal in the process I was in so much started crying called my husband to come. He then said my tooth cracked and pulled it, when he pulled it the root stayed in and tortured me and gave me about 5 shots to numb me and he dug and dug and dug and pulled and pulled and pulled unsuccessfully I ended up going to a surgeon as an emergency visit. I started at 9am left that office at 1130am. It was a nightmare. I ended up loosing my tooth. Then to top it off she did a root canal on the lower tooth and did it wrong the filling in the root canal went out of the root canal area covering the area of the nerve that runs on the lower jaw. Saw another dentist who stated it was done wrong had to see an endodontist who now determined that the tooth needs to come out. No surgeon wants to fix it ,its too close to the nerve. I can loose my sense in that area. Now I have 2 tooth missing the rest were already gone due to eating sweets when I was young. Which I blame myself for that. But I was trying to save these tooth and they made my situation worst now I am going to need dentures. I do not recommend this place. Please people don't go there. If you do , AT YOUR OWN RISK
