I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. In addittion, they have weekend hours that fit right into my schedule! Most insurace is accepted.
I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
After the 'office manager' refused to talk with us, we went directly to the dentist. He was more than willing to accommodate our children and apologized for the ‘office manager’. He explained the situation more clearly, and how it may have been unavoidable. He has since followed up with two appointments for each of my children; and all three of them have had no more complaints since the follow up and their teeth feel wonderful. He was professional, courteous, and did excellent follow-up care (despite our frustration and situation). My children liked him, and felt comfortable with him thereafter. **********
Often medical offices forget the importance of efficient and qualified front desk help.
A receptionist/secretary is your first clue as to how an office works. I should have known better than to book an appoint with an arrogant, annoyed woman to begin with but this was the only local office that took my insurance. Even the office manager needs a class on business etiquette, not to mention an English class. She sounds uneducated and ignorant.
Looking past the lack of professionalism at the front desk, I hoped they didn’t reflect the dentists’ work. They did.
My three children repeatedly had unacceptable pain weeks after their fillings. (close to 8 fillings between the 3 of them) I was told that maybe they didn’t bite down correctly when they were numb to get an accurate bite so I brought them back to have it corrected. This did not fix the problem.
When attempting to make another appointment with a different dentist within the their same office, the rude ‘office manager’ told me I had to wait more than a week for a different dentist and that my children are wasting her time.
POOR WORK DONE HERE AND POOR FOLLOW UP TO THEIR ERRORS.
