There was a change in Dentists without notice, which is very unprofessional. Upon initial meeting with Dr. Prasaud, he was rough and NOT gentle, just for a cleaning. Last week, several calls were made, and staff was not present, nor was there a callback, and this week appears to be the same issue. The professionalism seems to have deteriorated since the previous head dentist was there. It's somewhat disturbing and aggravating. It makes me want to look for a new dentist and good dentists are HARD to find in New Jersey!
