I chose this dentist because they had the best reviews of the people on my insurance plan. Their office is comfortable and easy to get to. They have lots of high tech stuff.
However, I have not been pleased with the care I have received here. The staff is unprofessional. The two cleanings I have gotten have been very cursory. They do not listen well nor will they answer direct questions.
On my most recent visit the doctor asked me a question then proceeded to prescribe treatment based on what he thought I said, not what I had actually said (and repeated several times). Not the doctor, the hygienist, nor the front desk person, could tell me WHAT the $500 procedure they wanted to schedule me for actually was called or what it did.
