After having my child seen by this office, I had to get him blood tested for infectious diseases because the office was that unsanitary. I had to ask the assistant to put on gloves before she touched his mouth, gauze, and other tools. The dental work was done hurriedly and rushed because they were, "closing" when we arrived for our 6pm appointment (that they scheduled) . When I went to a decent dentist, the dentist was shocked: the filling was not nearly covering the cavity, and a piece of a tooth was still stuck in his gum, and also needed to be surgically removed. The filling had to be fully redone: taken out by another dentist and refilled. Aside from the pain my young son suffered from the 2hr "redo" procedure and second appt. to get out the tooth fragment, I also must pay again for these procedures.
It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. While the patients mouth was being operated on, a friend of the doctor (pop in visitor) and the secretary were standing over the patient, talking without masks, actually spitting while talking, over the patient in the chair (whose mouth was wide open). Again, I took my son for bloodwork after he was there, and will again in 6 months. The secretary is also the hygienist: interesting how she runs from the patient to get the phone, to handle money, then back to my child's mouth out of breath. The uncleanliness of the entire office and unprofessionalism due to lack of staff and no organization is just shocking.
