The staff here are so kind and welcoming. My husband and I were new patients and our first experience with them was amazing - I will recommend their services. I also must add that after my standard cleaning, they took me in for an emergency wisdom teeth consulatation and made an excellent referal to Bergen Oral Surgeons, who were also great. Dr. Schwartz offered to call them himself so that I would be fit into their schedule first thing Monday morning, he told me exactly what to say to make my appointment which helped get me my appointment!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
