They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay and when it wouldn't get numb they helped me figure out what to do. I felt like they really cared about me. They also shocked me with a follow up call to check on me. I had a double root canal while 6 months pregnant and they were so sweet and accomidating. That kind of service is rare and very appreciated these days.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.
