I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It's like a cattle call in there. They don't care about you they care about the $$$$. You're told one thing at the beginning then it changes then it changes again.... horrible practice and it's just a cattle call taking advantage of people who could get better care. They need to get rid of the lying receptionists they have in the front.... they lie constantly about cost etc. especially Kim and Heather
