His solution was to pull out all my teeth. I had pain and the receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment. She was nasty and unprofessional. Very rude and acted like a gate keeper.They advertise same day dentures. This is not true. I was sent to another dentist around the block just to clean my teeth. All they cared about was taking money from my dental insurance.

The worst thing that happened was that I was overcharged for the XRay they shot and they refused to give me a copy, claiming that "the girl who does the copying was not in". Any knowledgeable dentist would be shooting with double film packs so copying an XRay would not be a problem. They don't protect your thyroid gland with a thyroid collar when they take an XRay. I had broken a front tooth. Their offer to send me a copy of my XRay was not good enough. Dr. Ogonna Orjiekwe in this office suggested that extracting the root was a 2nd option. This should be a last resort as root canal and post & core tooth replacement is a LOT! healthier and more acceptable than dental implants. I had gone to this office hoping for an immediate solution of a temporary denture as their online ads state. The lab was closed on Saturday.
