I had the unfortunate unexpected severe tooth ache, I found Dr. Rosenthal via google and chose his office due to closeness to my home. I called, they got me right in, the staff was wonderful. I explained how I didn't have insurance and they were more interested in my wellness then how I was going to pay for my services. (Which was such a comfort since I usually get a sigh and the feeling of a not so willing to treat from other offices.)
When I arrived to the office, the staff was more then helpful and polite. They seated me right in to get me comfortable. Dr. Rosenthal was such a pleasure and caring, ending with a root canal. The most painless visit I ever had at a dentist.
I sat with their treatment cooridnator who was able to find a way for me to make payments that fit right into my monthly budget. I made an appointment for my cleaning the following week with Christina, it was the most thorough cleaning I EVER had that was again painless! I highly recommend Dr. Rosenthal's office.

Both my Husband and I used to frequent the location when Dr. Bernard Rosenblatt was the dentist. We have since left this practice due to the office staff and Dr Rosenthal. No one advised us of Dr Rosenblatts leaving and that Dr Rosenthal was taking over the practice. We also had a balance and would make monthly payments to Dr. Rosenblatt and never had a problem until Dr. Rosenthal took over. The office staff wanted the balance, which was over $3,000, upfront or they would not be able to perform any more services until it was paid in full. A member of the office staff had the audacity to suggest to me to take out a home equity loan. We have been making $200 a month payments and will continue to until the balance has been paid off. It is a shame because we really enjoyed the friendliness of the dental hygenist Christina.
