No contestan el teléfono ni devuelven llamadas. He estado tratando de comunicarme desde las 10:00 de la mañana y son las 1:49 y ni devuelven llamadas ni tampoco contestan. Soy muy eficiente cuando es para cobrar.

They do not answer the phone I have tried today since 10:00 am and it is 1:48 and they haven't called me back neither pick up the phone. They are very efficient to charge but poor customer service.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
