Great Dentist. Impossible to get an emergency appointment.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
