The first time I saw them it was an emergency. They were able to squeeze me in that same day. I've had other problems where they have always taken care of me in a prompt and efficient manner. I am very satisfied with the staff, the dentist, and the over all care.

I took my children who are 6 and 3 here and the dental technician was wonderful. The dentist was quick and to the point and was not as personable as I had hoped. She didn't take much time at all to talk to my 6 yr old in particular who was gabbing her ear off. I was disappointed in that aspect of the visit, but the rest of it was nice.

Mediocre dentistry. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, so my teeth needed a lot done. I had several cavities to be filled and needed a deep cleaning. The office is not the nicest, most comfortable setting...strip mall feel to it. I had to make several visits to get anything done. A visit for the exam and a separate visit for the cavities, and 2 separate visits for each side deep cleaning. I felt like they were just focused on scheduling and not the care of the patient.

One of the hygienists was very nice and did a thorough job. The other was thorough, but very overwhelming and made me feel like I was being lectured. The billing system they have is very confusing and lacks structure.

They could not provide me with separate bills from me and my husband...they just lumped it all into one mess. Very difficult to understand. Seems like they didn't know what the insurance would pay. I can't explain it other than it was very difficult.

The fillings were done properly except I had to twist the dentist's arm to file down sharp edges and recheck the bite due to discomfort. About 3 months later, I yanked a new filling right out while flossing...Really! They did accommodate me within a reasonable amount time and repaired the filling and filed down other bad spots that they failed to do at the previous visit at no charge. The office hours were somewhat convenient, with evening and Sat available.

The front desk seems unprofessional, as I sat in the waiting room wondering if I was ever going to be acknowledged.... 20 minutes later, I finally had a response that the doctor was running late and would see me soon.

No one was rude or anything, however my husband and I both agreed that this office has a lack of professionalism & outdated equipment and gave us both an uneasy feeling from start to finish. I felt as if they just wanted to schedule me for as many procedures as possible, offering me ridiculous options like fitting me for a night guard for grinding. I guess it could be worse, and I didn't have a horror story experience, but I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone. They don't even have a website, just an example of how outdated they are.

I decided to try another dentist in Moorestown for my next cleaning , and wow what a difference! I didn't realize how much better it could be.
