It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
