My kids feel that they are given much respect and choice with their braces, especially as a child. She likes that her opinion counts and really appreciates it. Dr. Sal and his staff are teaching her that ones healthcare is ones own responsibility. Thank You!

If I could have it to do over again, I would have run screaming from Dr. Sal's office. However, my stepson's mother picked this provider, and my husband and I simply paid the bill. I can never get anyone at the office to answer a question billing question. I am constantly told that Dr. Sal will call me back (though he doesn't) or I am told that I should call Dr. Sal on a particular day at a particular hour at a particular office. If he is so difficult to reach, why can't he return phone calls? I found out at the end of my stepson's treatment that invoices had never been appropriately submitted to my insurance. Good thing I kept calling to find out what was going on! Spend your thousands at an orthodontist that you can trust.
