I have been a patient at Belknap Dental for a few years now. Every visit has been very pleasant. The office is always up to date and clean.
I am writing this review because I recently had a more invasive procedure done and was more than pleased by the outcome.
Everyone who works there is always smiling and goes to extreme measures to make sure that you as a patient are comfortable and satisfied.
My husband, children and some other family members go there too! I would recommend Belknap Dental to anyone and everyone!

I used like going to this Dental Office, as the main dentist was gentle and nice. But the last 3 times were not good visits.
I chipped a corner of a large back tooth , and made a appointment. The hygienist acted like I was being overly cautious on getting my tooth checked, as it was "Just a little chip" and was very rough flossing my teeth. The 2nd time I went, the lady was...clumsy. She flooded my mouth 2 times, getting my neck all wet, then got tooth paste in my eyes because she failed to turn off the tooth brush while dragging it over my face.
The3rd and last time I went, I noticed the tray of tools were ready, sitting there with the hygenists glasses sitting on top of them! I was horrified, and also notised pink goop stuck the the mirrir tool thing. I told her she HAD to change the tools, and she had the nerve to seem surprised and ask why. I explained the glasses & pink gunk. "Oh, thats just cleaning supply" and scraped it off with her finger. I told her AGAIN I wanted new tools. She did, and that was the last time I ever went. Ill NEVER go back!!!

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, it's obvious their colleagues don't respect them

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone
