They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Dr. Rosato was wonderful very caring as well as his dental assistant. However, its his front desk staff that needs to take a customer service class cause they were very rude when it came to the billing. Most patients that come out of there are in pain or were in pain and they don't want to argue with a mouth full of gauze. Just bill them!!..
