The care itself is fine. I'm here because of being told a mask was required. I choose not to wear one, nor do I make my kids, yet this place only verbally stated required. Go to the front door, no sign at all about it. Go to front desk, only a sign about hand sanitizer for BP to be taken. Nothing even suggesting a mask. Another sign on their coffee table again not a SINGLE mention of a mask requirement. I ask at the front desk if it's required and she said yes. Honestly regret not refusing because they didn't state it anywhere. It's not a law in NH! I wasn't even the one being seen and was alone in the lobby. No symptoms or even have a cough, yet I have to sit with a mask on and wait. If you're going to try to tell people it's required, do what other places do and actually post it or don't tell people it's required. Besides if people think masks prevent the virus, wouldn't your mask protect you against a non mask wearer? They don't, it's even stated on the sides of the boxes they don't. Nobody should be forced against their will. Disappointed!! I hope others call them out on this and decline wearing one. I'd post this on their Facebook but I don't use it.

I would be weary of good reviews. I had an awful experience with this dental practice. My initial appointment was rushed. After completing full x-rays, the dentist (Dr. Kockhar) spent all of 2 minutes with me to tell me that I needed a crown and then in the same breath he said he could do a filling. I opted for the filling as it would be less expensive. The dental hygienist told me that he always does more dental work than is needed and that if were her mouth she would just get a filling. This should have been my first warning sign.

I scheduled my appointment to complete the filling. They called me the day of the appointment to ask if I could come early because I was the last appointment of the day. I rushed from work only to sit in the waiting room until my original appointment time. After they numbed my mouth, the dental hygienist said the dentist should be right in after I prep for a root canal and a crown. Classic bait and switch. I was so upset by this and decided to see schedule a future appointment with another dentist (Dr. Goodspeed) in the practice.

I then left a message for Dr. Goodspeed asking her to review my x-rays to determine the treatment plan and to share my experience. In the meantime, Dr. Kochhar called the next day only to defend his dental practice and to tell me that I have a trust issue. Obviously this was completely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and I made sure to state that to this dentist as was quite blunt in doing so. As if that wasn’t bad enough, Dr. Goodspeed called me the following day to state that she would work on me only if I apologized to Dr. Kochhar. This practice is completely unprofessional. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
