Have always been happy with the dentists and most of the hygienists at this office but a few of their ancillary staff needs training in customer service and plain old good manners. On most recent visit I had a few questions about follow up care and hygienist Rachel was very impatient, condescending, and unfriendly. This was not the first time I've been scheduled with her and she behaved this way. She was also very curt with the dentist. You spend the most time with the hygienists so it made the whole experience very unpleasant. It's awkward to ask NOT to have a certain hygienist when scheduling an appt so for this reason alone I may be looking for a new office.

It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment and what future treatment plan. The dentist did not explain his plan to me or my wife during her visit, she really felt ignored. I am strongly considering going to another dentist.
